We ship orders twice a week – Every Monday and Thursday.
Once shipped, delivery to the US typically takes 7-12 business days, depenng on your location and local customs processing.
Each order is carefully packed within 24-48 hours of being placed.

We ship directly from Thailand using only the most reliable international carriers. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!

The typical shelf life for our freeze-dried fruits is up to 6 months; longer if frozen. Keep in mind, after thawing from frozen this significantly lowers the shelf life due to moisture build-up. For the best experience, we recommend eating the fruit within the first couple of months. The fruit will be fine as long as it’s stored in a cool space, and no moisture enters the packaging.
